Ismail Zulfic young boy who was born without arms and also with curved toes on his right foot in this photos shown how he can swim the length of an Olympic sized swimming pool.
The six-year-old's mum Elmina Zulfic, visited several doctors during her pregnancy, but they had all failed to tell of her son's disability .
The mum, from Zenica, Bosnia, says: "The doctors told me that I didn't have enough amniotic fluid but that there was nothing to worry about.
"It was only after I gave birth that I accidentally turned and saw the midwife holding my son by his feet while she bathed him, because he had no hands to hold.
"I was in complete shock, I didn't know what would happen to him or how he would get on in the future.
"As he got older he was refused by several kindergartens before we found one that would take him on, we were so relieved when he started to make friends.
"And everything that his friends can do with their hands, Ismail can skilfully do with his feet."
Despite his disability, Ismail has learnt to use his feet for everyday activities and he can even play video games and has learnt to write.
Earlier this year, Ismail became a member of a swimming club and after months of practice he is now able to jump in and swim the length of an Olympic-sized pool without any help.
Almir Malicbegovic, coach of Ismail's swimming club, said: "It was my girlfriend who first contacted Ismail's parents, she told them that I work with children who have a disability but are eager to swim.
