Police In Mexico Are Being Deployed To A 15-Year-Old Girl's Birthday Party As It Goes Viral With 1.2 MILLION People

The father of 15 year old Rubi Crescencio Ibarra made a video to extend a warm invitation to daughter, traditionally seen as a coming-of-age birthday for girls in Latino countries.
"Hello, how are you? We invite you this 26 of December to the 15th birthday party of our daughter, Rubi Ibarra Garcia," he said.
He concludes by saying "hereby everyone is cordially invited."
Unfortunately, Mr Ibarra appears to have left the invitation open to the public on Facebook and it began being shared around the web.
More than 1.2million people have currently said they are going to 'attend' the bash in a field in the small village of La Joya.
Memes appeared all over Twitter, some poking fun at the family, but others more kind.
Mexican actor Gael Garcia Bernal has even appeared in a sketch on a TV comedy show impersonating Mr Ibarra.
An airline is offering a 30 % discount to the nearest airport with the tagline: "Are you going to Rubi’s party?"
The dad has been left perplexed by the response.
He told a TV station: "We wanted to invite the people from the area, that’s all."
Local authorities are now concerned that thousands of people may actually turn up for the party on Boxing Day.
The Red Cross has been alerted and police will be deployed to roads.
Those who do turn up will be treated to music from three bands and the winner of a horse race will win 10,000 pesos (£390).
